My journey of over two decades from 1998 through 2020 was an adventurous venture that fulfilled my vision to bring advanced life support into the mainstream of medical practice in India.

Waiting time in hospital outpatient clinics affects patient satisfaction, access to care, health outcomes, trust, willingness to return, and hospital revenue. With more people
