CME Programs
The Diamond Jubilee celebrations at GMC Hyderabad had witnessed one of the most vibrant CME sessions ever held at the annual meetings. The Innovations in Medical Practice and Education: East meets the West program started with an overview of Advanced Cardiac Life Support by Dr. Joseph Florence, followed by Application of Simulation by Dr. Beth Ann Fox, both Faculty members at East Tennessee University.
PSA tests and Prostate Cancer, by Dr. Krishna Swami, Staten Island, Broad aspects of Radiation Oncology, by Dr. Jayant Kumar, Florida, Management of Alcoholism from a Western Perspective”, by Dr.Manohar Rao Bearelly, Columbia University, and an exciting lecture on Emerging Trends and Options in the Therapy of End-Stage Renal Disease, by Dr. Prabhakar Sharma of Texas Tech University, were some other highlights of the day.
